Traditional production of a tactile card, panel or award needs three machines and three passes, one for color, one for the white base and one for emboss and Braille. BEC1GO™ combines all of that into one continuous process with a single print head, whether you're printing a card, signage or a personalized item. The layers stay perfectly aligned from the first copy to the last, because they never leave the same machine.
The same word, written in Braille, takes ten cells for ten letters. Enough to print text that can be read by touch, in the same pass as the color and emboss.
Up to 2880 DPI, sharp enough for legible text a few millimeters tall.
Automatic control of white layer thickness by material and design.

Three technologies, one system
BEC1GO™ isn't a single feature – it's the name for three technologies that work together, in the same pass of the same print head.
PRECISYNC™
Synchronizes color, emboss and Braille on a single print head, so the layers can't drift apart from one another. The same system holds alignment from the first to the last piece in a run, with no manual adjustment between passes.
VARIGLINT™
Varnish and gold or metallic finishes applied in the same pass, for gloss and contrast with no foil or post-processing. Varnish thickness and gloss are tuned to the design, from a subtle matte finish to a full metallic effect.
3DSTACK™
Builds tactile texture, sharp edges and emboss straight out of layers of ink, no mold and no special tooling. Three preset emboss levels (up to 0.6 mm) cover everything from subtle texture to full Braille legibility.
